Frequent scraping prevents build-up, reduces the risk of slipping, and helps to lower ammonia emissions. The Spinder combi-scraper range is designed to deliver fast, consistent cleaning across a variety of floor types, supporting both cow welfare and efficient farm management.
Combi-Scraper for Solid Floors
The Spinder combi-scraper has been specifically developed for use on solid floors, whether they include slots or a rubber top layer. Built for durability and intensive use, the system features a fully galvanised construction that ensures long-term performance in demanding environments.
The scraper effectively moves manure to one side of the barn, where it can be easily collected or discharged. During the return movement, integrated valves beneath the scraper automatically open, allowing for smooth and efficient operation. This system helps to reduce ammonia emissions while keeping passageways clean and dry.
It can also be used in combination with slurry slats and discharge pits, offering flexibility across different barn layouts. Available sizes cover passage widths of 200–250 cm, 251–300 cm, 301–350 cm, and 351–400 cm, making it suitable for a wide range of installations.
Combi-Scraper for Slotted Floors
For slotted floor systems where slots run parallel to the passage, the combi-scraper is designed to clean both the surface and the slots themselves. These floors help separate urine and manure, reducing emissions, and the scraper ensures that the slots remain clear and fully functional.
Heavy-duty scraper blades deliver a thorough cleaning result, while wear-resistant slides ensure smooth movement and long service life. Hinged side blades clean along the edges and sides of the passage, maintaining hygiene across the entire floor width. Movable and removable side flaps allow the system to adapt to uneven surfaces, ensuring consistent performance.
Available in a wide range of sizes, including passage widths from 200 cm up to 400 cm in multiple increments, the combi-scraper can be tailored to suit specific barn layouts and floor types.
