Control Panels for Manure Scraper Systems
Spinder manure scraper installations are controlled using advanced Prinzing electronic control panels, providing safe, reliable, and fully automated operation. These systems continuously monitor the performance of the scraper by measuring the current consumption of the drive motor. If the system detects resistance beyond the preset limit, the motor is automatically switched off, protecting both the equipment and livestock.
Designed for precision and flexibility, these control panels allow farmers to manage manure removal efficiently while adapting to the specific needs of their barn. Whether operating manually or automatically, the system ensures smooth and consistent performance throughout the day.
Key features include continuous measurement of tensile force, with the option to manually or automatically set maximum traction levels. Different traction values can be configured for forward and reverse movement, allowing for optimal operation across varying conditions. An integrated timer enables users to schedule scraper cycles, while automatic start functions can be triggered by preset times or temperature-based frost protection programmes.
Additional functionality includes connections for external controls and fault signals, such as sirens, ensuring any issues are quickly identified and addressed.
