Spinder electric manure mixers provide an efficient and reliable solution for achieving a consistent and homogeneous slurry mix. Designed for modern agricultural systems, these mixers offer strong performance with minimal maintenance, helping to improve manure handling, reduce blockages, and ensure even nutrient distribution during spreading.

Two models are available to suit different requirements, both featuring a continuous shaft design that also allows operation via tractor drive when needed. Each unit is supplied with two support trestles for installation on guide rails, offering flexibility across a range of barn setups.

Model L-E1 – Standard Mixing Performance
The L-E1 model is a dependable all-round solution, suitable for most slurry mixing applications. Available in lengths of 420 cm and 520 cm, it delivers consistent performance across a range of power outputs.

Operating at 516 RPM when electrically driven (or 1000 RPM via tractor), the L-E1 is equipped with a propulsion auger and reversible rotation for effective mixing in both directions. The system is designed to fit a standard 70 x 70 cm mixing frame.

Model Speed – High-Capacity Mixing
The Speed model is designed for higher performance, delivering up to 45% greater mixing capacity compared to the L-E1. It features a specialised 6-pole three-phase motor that provides high torque with a maintenance-free drive line.

Operating at a lower speed of 350–400 RPM (electric) or 1000 RPM (tractor), the larger diameter auger ensures more effective slurry movement and improved homogenisation.

Available in lengths of 520 cm and 600 cm, the Speed model is ideal for larger operations or where higher throughput is required.

Control & Operation
Electric manure mixers are connected to the main power supply via a dedicated switch box. This includes a main switch, soft start function, left/right rotation control, emergency stop, and timer. The control cabinet must be matched to the selected power output to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Installation & Accessories
For optimal performance, mixers should be installed with a built-in mixing frame (70 x 70 cm) within an intermediate wall. Guide rails allow for easy positioning and are typically available in 5-metre or 6-metre lengths, with suspension brackets available for mounting.

Support trestles can be placed directly on guide rails or used in combination with adjustable holders for pit installation. Standard adjustable holders offer a range of 60 to 120 cm, while reinforced versions extend from 100 to 170 cm for added flexibility.
