Tractor-Driven Manure Mixers

Spinder supplies a range of high-performance Buschmann manure mixers, designed to handle a wide variety of slurry types while meeting the demands of modern farming operations. Built for reliability and continuous use, these mixers ensure slurry remains properly mixed, allowing for efficient emptying and even distribution during spreading.

Suitable for different manure pit configurations, these mixers are available as PTO-driven units, as well as electro mixers that come equipped with a continuous PTO, offering additional flexibility in operation.

Robust Design & Bearing System
Each manure mixer is engineered with durability in mind, featuring bearings positioned on the PTO side, centrally, and near the mixer auger. This ensures stable and consistent operation, even under heavy workloads.

Models E1-102 and L-E1 are equipped with maintenance-free groove ball bearings with 2RS sealing, supporting speeds of up to 1000 RPM. The C/E1-102 model features a combination of groove ball and sleeve bearings, with a maximum operating speed of 540 RPM, making it suitable for specific applications requiring controlled mixing performance.

Performance & Build Quality
Spinder manure mixers are designed for optimal efficiency and smooth operation. Dynamically shaped and balanced mixer augers ensure consistent mixing while reducing vibration and wear. The use of hot-dip galvanised components provides long-lasting protection against corrosion, making these mixers suitable for demanding agricultural environments.

Key Features

  • Suitable for mixing all types of liquid manure
  • Heavy-duty bearings and seals for continuous use
  • Dynamically shaped augers for optimal performance
  • Balanced design for smooth operation

Standard Lengths

  • 420 cm
  • 520 cm

Installation & Accessories
To ensure correct operation, mixers installed in pits should be supported by a built-in mixer frame (70 x 70 cm) integrated into an intermediate wall. Guide rails allow for easy positioning of the mixer and are typically available in 5-metre lengths, with 3-metre options also available. These can be suspended using a dedicated bracket system.

For installations without a 3-point trestle, adjustable holders can be used to secure the mixer within the pit. Standard holders offer a range of 60 to 120 cm, with reinforced versions extending from 100 to 170 cm. Additional support trestles and guide rail systems can also be used to enhance stability and ease of use.

Reverse Gearbox Option
A reverse gearbox is recommended where manure pits are heavily filled or not easily accessible. This function helps improve slurry movement and prevents overflow during operation. When using the reverse function, the maximum speed should be limited to 540 RPM, with a maximum power of 65 HP on the upper PTO shaft. For frequent reverse use, the E1-102 model is recommended.

Spinder tractor-driven manure mixers provide a powerful, durable, and efficient solution for maintaining consistent slurry quality, helping to improve overall manure management and farm productivity.
