The Spinder Cosmos freestall divider is a modern ‘open cubicle’ system, designed to maximise space, improve cow comfort, and support natural movement. Its spacious and open design allows cows to lie down and stand up freely, reducing stress and encouraging longer resting times, which can positively impact milk production and hoof health.
By providing generous head space and minimal restriction, the Cosmos system enables cows to move naturally within the cubicle. This open approach improves overall welfare and helps cows settle more quickly, promoting better resting behaviour across the herd.
The system is highly versatile and can be used with a range of cubicle surfaces, including Spinder Meadow mattresses, waterbeds, or loose bedding systems. A PE retaining knee rail ensures correct positioning within the cubicle, helping to maintain cleaner cows and cleaner stalls.
